Project Overview

Problem: Companies spend significant monthly budgets on business travel but lack effective tools to plan, control, and analyze expenses.

Solution: We designed financial widgets that uncover expense patterns and provide actionable insights. These tools help businesses optimize spending, improve decision-making, and reduce unnecessary costs.

Result: Our solution enabled Aviasales to test new hypotheses, deliver new features that strengthened the platform’s competitive edge, and reduce the number of unpaid orders by 23%.

We improved cash flow management with a smart wallet that can:

  • Collect unpaid bills in one place for easy tracking.
  • Provide credit options to ensure uninterrupted travel.
  • Send reminders to top up the balance on time.

Finance Control

The payment history automatically generates monthly expense reports for the accounting department, simplifying workflows and reducing manual effort.

The calendar allows travel managers to track upcoming business trips and manage employees’ availability seamlessly across both Web and Mobile platforms.
