Aviasales B2B is a travel platform that simplifies business trip management for companies. After we launched the MVP, it was time to focus on product growth by introducing new features, including a smart wallet, a travel cost planner, a calendar for upcoming trips, expense analysis tools, and future expense forecasting.

Project Overview

Problem: Companies spend significant monthly budgets on business travel but lack effective tools to plan, control, and analyze expenses.

Solution: We designed financial widgets that uncover expense patterns and provide actionable insights. These tools help businesses optimize spending, improve decision-making, and reduce unnecessary costs.

Result: Our solution enabled Aviasales to test new hypotheses, deliver new features that strengthened the platform’s competitive edge, and reduce the number of unpaid orders by 23%.

Through user interviews and analysis of feature requests, we identified four main categories of finance tools to meet users’ core needs.

Payment & Balance

We improved cash flow management with a smart wallet that can:

Forecast future expenses using past payment data.
Collect unpaid bills in one place for easy tracking.
Provide credit options to ensure uninterrupted travel.
Send reminders to top up the balance on time.
